Before we begin our collaboration, please read the following terms carefully to ensure a smooth and clear working process.

Complete Brief Required
A detailed and complete brief is required before production begins, including references, mood, tone, and target audience. Revisions caused by an unclear or incomplete brief will not be counted as free revisions.

50% Down Payment Before Production
A down payment of 50% of the total project price is required before production starts. No work will begin without confirmed payment. The remaining 50% is due once the project is completed and ready for delivery.

Revision Limit
Revisions are limited to the number included in your package. Additional revisions beyond the limit will incur extra charges based on complexity. Revisions apply to minor adjustments only, not full concept overhauls.

Material Submission Deadline
All necessary files (footage, assets, brief) must be submitted no later than 7 days after the agreed production schedule. Late submissions may affect the delivery timeline and final result.

File Delivery
Final files are delivered in full-resolution MP4 format, optimized for the requested platform (Shorts / Reels / YouTube). Delivery is via Google Drive or WeTransfer. An invoice will be issued for every transaction.

Video Quota Expiry
Videos that are not submitted or requested within 7 days of the agreed deadline will be considered expired and cannot be replaced. This applies to all packages without exception.
